The BEST Bathtub Paint Gel
This bathtub paint recipe makes quick, easy, washable, non-toxic, and very vibrant colored paint!
It shows up great on the side of the tub or shower, and if a cup of paint falls in the water, the paint still stays in the cup without mixing with the water!
Cleanup is easy! One swipe with a wash cloth and it is gone from the sides of the tub or shower.
Ingredients
1/3 c corn starch
1/4 c sugar
2 c water
Food coloring
Directions
Add corn starch, sugar, and water to a medium-sized saucepan.
Stir with a whisk on medium-high heat continuously until you see solids start to come up from the bottom of the pan. (They will look gelatinous.)
Remove from the heat and continue to stir until it is all uniformly thick.
Separate into bowls for mixing different colors, and add 3-4 drops of food coloring of your choice. Stir.
Place the paint in bathtub-safe containers and let them cool for 10-15 minutes. Then, your little ones go at it!
